A book cart (fuguruma) loaded and surrounded by scrolls and books.
One unrolled scroll is painted with the auspicious symbols of
longevity and happiness (pine, plum tree and rising sun) as well as
the date: Bunsei tora haru (Spring of Bunsei, year of the tiger).
