A very rare book among the pattern books published by Unsodo. First volume of two with 25 large plates of beautiful vases designed with a strong Art Nouveau influence. Around 1920 Mabe Tokio travelled in Europe where he did study painting and etching.

Original cover decorated with a wistaria design in silver, in general good conditions.
